Whether in the city or in the sticks, there is no shortage of places to explore. I am making it my goal to check out cool trails and stuff to do in my area.
California has a little bit of everything, beaches, forests, deserts, and I have been fortunate enough to live here my whole life.
Nature, hiking, exploring, and learning are all things I enjoy. I am not a skilled or experienced hiker, in fact, I am very much a novice, but everyone has to start somewhere.
So I'll be hitting the trails and doing my best to learn what I can along the way.
I am lucky enough to call the Kern River Valley my home. The KRV is nestled along the Sierra Nevada mountain range in the Sequoia National forest. With such a location there is no shortage of adventure to be had.
